Refunds and cancellation

You only pay after you've seen your finished site. After that, here's how refunds and cancellation work.

The $249 setup fee

• Before your site goes live: if you change your mind, you get a full refund of the $249.
• After your site goes live: the setup fee isn't refundable, because the work is done and delivered.

The $29 monthly plan

• Cancel any time, online, with no fees or contract.
• When you cancel, you won't be charged again. Your site stays up until the end of the month you've already paid for, then goes offline.
• Months already paid for aren't refunded.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Cancel your plan at getabizzsite.com/manage: sign in with the email you paid with and choose cancel.

For a refund, email hello@getabizzsite.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
