Terms of service

These terms cover the websites GetABizzSite builds and hosts for local businesses. By paying for a site, you agree to them.

What you get

• A website for your business, built from your business's public information and anything you send us.
• Hosting, a secure (HTTPS) connection, and small updates for as long as your monthly plan is active. Small updates means things like changing text, hours, prices, services or photos; a full redesign is a separate project.

Price and payment

• $249 one-time setup, then $29 per month, charged to your card through Stripe. The first charge is $278 (setup plus the first month).
• The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. See our refund and cancellation policy.
• We may change the monthly price with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before a change takes effect.

Your domain

• Your web address (for example, yourbusiness.com) stays yours. You keep it registered, and paying for it, with your domain provider.
• To put the site live, you point your domain at our hosting by changing its DNS settings. We'll tell you exactly what to change.

Your content

• You're responsible for the information on your site being accurate, and for having the right to use anything you send us, such as photos and logos.
• Tell us if anything is wrong and we'll fix it.

When the plan ends

If you cancel, or a payment fails and isn't resolved, your site goes offline at the end of the paid period. Ask us and we'll send you a copy of your site's files.

Availability and liability

We work to keep your site online, but can't guarantee it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email customers about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
